- grew up in So. California, graduated from Cal State University Los Angeles with a BA in Speech Communication, and completed his MA in Evangelism from Wheaton College Graduate School. He has served in full-time ministry since 1984 and enthusiastically joined the church team in June 2003. He and his wife Cheri have two children and live in La Quinta. His life's work centers in evangelism and discipleship.

- Leland was born and raised in Palm Springs. He was active in Boy Scouts, and achieved the Eagle Scout award in 1973. He graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, Leland is a licensed Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor, and is the Senior Civil Engineer for the City of Rancho Mirage. He and his wife Bonnie have four children, and are founding members of Desert Springs Church.

- Sandra Hartfield is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Electronic Banking Division for Palm Desert National Bank. She is also a director of Palm Desert National Bank and serves as Chairman of the Board for the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) and Treasurer of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA). Active in her community, she has served on the board of the Foundation for the Retarded, Joslyn Senior Center, and other charity organizations in addition to her work at DSC. She is also devoted to her family, and looks forward to spending time with any of her six children and twelve grandchildren. She is very proud of all her children especially Eric, who served with the U.S. Army in Iraq. Sandra and her husband, John (the oldest Ministry Intern in the world), take full advantage of the stunning Palm Desert weather with frequent golf games at Indian Wells Country Club, bike rides around the Coachella Valley and playing in the pool with any of her grandchildren. Sandra joined the church board in 2003.

- Raised in Kansas, Milton graduated from the University of Tulsa with degree in engineering. He studied law at Denver University, receiving a Jurist Doctor degree. Throughout his life, he has been active in the church, serving as deacon, elder, and trustee. He is currently an independent investor in the oil and gas business. He and his wife Areta have two grown children.
